Reliance Communications Ltd (RCom) on Friday said it will seek fast track resolution through National Company Law Tribunal, the court that deals with bankruptcy cases, to resolve its debt position.

CBI all set to get new chief on Saturday

After a long wait, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is all set to get a full time director on Saturday (February 2). The high powered select committee deliberated over the matter for around two hours. Sources said three names have been sent to the Appointments Cabinet Committee.
