The Congress president Rahul Gandhi has called Prime Minister Narendra Modi "The Fuhrer" -- meaning Adolf Hitler. He is refering to a National Sample Survey Office (NSSO) survey that says unemployment was at a 45-year high of 6.1 per cent during 2017-2018.
