In the court of Patna Civil Court Chief Judicial Magistrate Shashikant Rai, the complaint has been filed against five people including Congress President Rahul Gandhi, General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and state Congress chief Madan Mohan Jha for spreading religious and racial hatred between two communities.
